HRM Services represent a fully integrated client–oriented approach to health and wellness, which includes, but is not limited to, overdose prevention and response and preventing transmission of HIV, Hepatitis B and C, STDs, wound care and other related support.

Supply distribution is available by appointment. If you cannot meet on scheduled outreach days, please call 24/7 Peer & Risk Reduction Support Line at 443.570.0988 to arrange for a peer to meet you.
