Big Shout Out: – Greater Good Charities, OOH Board Members, Staff, Youths of the Year, and Volunteers, and Interns
Actions Taken: Supported three Elementary Schools in three separate districts (Balt City, Balt County, and PG)
Additionally; On Christmas Eve, toys were donated from OOH to the PG Police Officers to retain in their squad cars for when these unfortunate incidents occur. Police Officers have the challenging and gut-wrenching role of dealing with victims of Child Abuse and neglect.
Offering a toy to a traumatized child can temporarily bring that child some measure of comfort.
