I appreciate your interest in tabling the upcoming Mobilize Recovery in the Park, followed by a “Day of Service ” on Thursday, October 10, 2024 (10/10)
Where: Eager Park.
Time: 8 am-11 am
Location: 961 North Wolfe Street, Baltimore, Maryland 21205.
A few things:
First, please register to attend Mobilize Recovery – Baltimore – Mobilize Recovery
Vendor Setup: Sorry, we are closed for additional vendors
- Set up begins as early as 7 am-7:45 am
- Please have the setup complete by 8 am.
- A table and two chairs will be provided for confirmed vendors.
- An escort will assist you to your designated table
- Mobile Units, please park on the right lane of the 900 block of Wolfe.
- Depending on arrival, your exact location will be determined.
- Parking is on the street; however, their garages nearby for overflow
- The breakdown begins at 11 am and ends at noon.

Next, please view the Event details:
- The Mobilize Bus will arrive at 7:45 am.
- Welcome 8 am
- Get there early. Bus Signing will start at 8 am and continue until 9 am.
- Guest Speakers, including public officials, will be on stage from 8:15 am to 9 am.
- The bus will leave promptly by 9 am.
- Resources will be provided during the entire event.
- It’s World Health Day. Following the Bus signing, the Day of Service will continue with vendors, resources, a child art/face painting station, music, and fun.
A few updates.
Unfortunately, tents will not be provided for the event. You are welcome to bring your tent.
Food: There will be a free vegan food truck onsite
Additional food options and a coffee shop are within walking distance at cost.
Restrooms: The Organization of Hope will provide a mobile restroom: a port-a-potty is onsite in the parking area, and another restroom is at Starbucks’ host station.
For volunteers: Volunteers, please arrive at 7 am. We are meeting in Starbucks.
Starbucks is located at 1812 Ashland Ave, Baltimore, Maryland 21205
Trash: A large trash bag will be onsite for each vendor. Please try to keep areas neat and clean.
Sharps or glass: No sharps are allowed in the park, only in mobile units.
All organizations are welcome to bring staff, participants, family, and friends to the event.
